Q:What payment types can i choose to pay my order on your website?
A:We accept payments by Paypal, Western Union, money order and checks. Paypal is our preferred method of payment. If you have no paypal account, you can also pay by credit cart, such as Visa MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Q:What information should I include with my payment?
A:You must include your character's name, server and faction to avoid unnecessary delays. Cause we will be unable to deliver gold without your character’s name.

Q:How long does it take for me to get the gold after I have made the payment?
A:Most orders will be delivered in 45 minutes. Some orders may require extra verification which might cause a delay. If we need extra information from you, we will ask. If you have not heard from us within 2 hours of the time you placed your order, please write to us. We have staff processing orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For payments other than Paypal / Credit cards, we will only process your orders when payment clears.

Q:How are you going to transfer the gold I bought to my character?
A:Gold you ordered will be transfered to your character via in-game mailing system. Gold will arrive at your mailbox almost instantly .
Q:Where do i add my information s when i place my order of powerleveling and what informations should be included?
A:you can add your information in the comment from, and the informations include account/password/character name/country/ream. IF you have any other requirements, please leave them in the comments form, we will try best to meet all your demands.
